Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, acquisition, program management, business development or capture in government or private sector.
• Experience with joint military operations, fires, air defense or related areas.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD program offices, requirements owners, and stakeholders.
• Proven success leading defense programs of record and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven growth strategies to penetrate new or existing markets.
• Grow and capture opportunities on large programs and transitioned programs.
• Understand client baselines, roadmaps, and competitive landscape.
• Engage senior DoD stakeholders to identify opportunities and guide teams.
• Coordinate campaigns with multiple business lines and functional groups.
• Communicate value to customers, partners, and the public; articulate competitive edges.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
