Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a high-impact Special Projects team member within Air Defense’s Mission Operations. You will lead cross-functional programs, manage early-stage product development, and rapidly own multiple initiatives with a weekly insertion into new, dynamic situations.

You will communicate the business, technical, and operational implications to executives and end users, while maintaining autonomy and urgency. Expect to juggle several active projects and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years cross-functional leadership in hardware and/or software environments.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proven track record delivering technology to large commercial institutions or government organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading tech-enabled teams across specializations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, logistics, and test to drive early-stage product development and maturation initiatives.
• Forecast resources and coordinate with engineering capacity to ensure programs meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Support international growth opportunities and engagements, communicating roadmaps to domestic and foreign stakeholders.
• Serve as a flexible, end-to-end owner for the Air Defense business line’s initiatives and adapt to fast-moving environments.
