Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company in Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Business Development to pursue new clients nationally. You will build relationships, expand ARCO's footprint, and contribute to strategic growth across markets.

This role requires 5–15 years in new business development, preference for experience in food & beverage, cold storage, or design-build, and proficiency with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or Pipedrive. Travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of new business development experience.
• Direct sales experience in food & beverage, cold storage, light industrial/manufacturing or commercial sectors preferred.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency in business development software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand ARCO's footprint and establish top of mind awareness.
• Research and analyze key economic factors that influence market activity in specific niche markets or geographic areas.
• Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan.
• Attend trade shows and association meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with new clients and prospects.
• Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with marketing, project management, and operations teams.
• Travel as needed, up to 40%.
