Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Las Vegas seeks a Director of Business Development to pursue new clients nationwide in the construction sector. You will build relationships, expand ARCO’s footprint, and help shape the sales plan.

The role requires 5–15 years in new business development, with a preference for direct sales in related industries. Travel up to 40% is expected. ARCO offers a strong benefits package including ESOP, 401k, sabbatical, and generous leave policies.

Qualifications

5–15 years of new business development experience.
Direct sales experience in food & beverage, cold storage, light industrial/manufacturing or commercial sectors preferred.
Experience with design-build projects preferred.
Proficiency in business development software (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive).

Responsibilities

Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and establish top of mind awareness.
Research and analyze key economic factors influencing market activity in specific markets or geographies.
Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan.
Attend trade shows and association meetings to stay abreast of market conditions and establish client relationships.
Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with marketing, PM, and operations teams.
Travel up to 40% as needed.
