Responsibilities

• Provide business strategy subject matter expertise during sales and delivery cycles.
• Help position and sell large-enterprise consulting engagements; define scope, value narrative, and pitch.
• Conduct assessments and workshops to develop future-state operating models and visions.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities through research and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps prioritizing investments to meet business objectives.
• Assist leaders in adopting new digital operating models and governance strategies.
• Uncover future sales opportunities to drive ongoing customer value.
• Drive engagement strategy and quality as the strategy resource on an account.
• Develop strategic use cases to project value and organizational implications.
• Foster solution adoption and evolve strategy to enable faster delivery cycles.
• Build Business Strategy competency within Experience Services and mentor peers.
