Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in Consumer Goods Retail Execution (REX) and Omni Channel strategies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and GTM support experience.
• Ability to present to C-suite executives and respond to RFPs with strong value narratives.

Responsibilities

• Provide business strategy subject matter expertise as it relates to Salesforce products and services during sales and delivery cycles.
• Help position and sell large-enterprise engagements; define program scope, team, value narrative, and pitch.
• Conduct assessments and facilitate workshops to develop future-state operating models and business visions.
• Perform and distill research to identify customer needs, expectations, and opportunity areas.
• Identify enterprise process improvements to realize efficiencies and impact.
• Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps prioritizing investments and objectives.
• Help leaders adopt new digital operating models and governance strategies.
• Uncover future sales opportunities to drive ongoing customer value.
• Drive engagement strategy as the strategy resource on an account; collaborate with delivery, sales, and architecture leads.
• Develop strategic use cases to project value and organizational implications.
• Cultivate solution adoption and evolve strategy to deliver faster value.
• Build Business Strategy competency within Experience Services and mentor peers.
