Job summary

Aloft Santa Clara, a vibrant hotel in the Santa Clara area, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive guestrooms sales for defined market segments. You will support the sales team in meeting budgeted targets and monthly goals while building key client relationships.

This role requires a college degree or related experience and at least 2 years of sales experience, with strong English communication and negotiation skills to close deals and deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or High School Diploma with related experience.
• Experience: minimum 2+ years in sales role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Sell guestrooms for assigned market segments to meet budgeted targets.
• Assist sales team in achieving monthly and annual goals.
• Conduct sales calls and visits to develop leads and close deals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales and Revenue to maximize revenue.
