Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years in business development or consulting, federal contracting preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; experience presenting to clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently research federal opportunities and deliver analyses.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize leads; maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM.
• Lead customer call planning and represent HarmonyTech in meetings.
• Develop competitive intelligence and capture strategy inputs.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and teaming contacts.
• Support BD strategy sessions with research-based recommendations.
• Represent HarmonyTech at industry events as a BD ambassador.
• Oversee internal BD operations, including CRM and SharePoint.
