CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic Capture Manager to lead end-to-end capture efforts for large, complex federal pursuits, including opportunity identification, qualification, and proposal development.

You will drive customer engagement, market analysis, and win strategy in DoD/IC markets, coordinating cross-functional teams to craft credible, differentiating solutions. You will maintain customer profiles, lead milestone reviews, and manage B&P budgets and capture metrics to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of federal business development or capture leadership experience.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end capture execution for large federal pursuits (> $75M).
Develop and execute capture strategies aligned to customer requirements and mission objectives.
Drive opportunity shaping via customer engagement, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
Build and maintain detailed customer profiles including priorities and decision cycles.
Lead win strategy development across technical, management, teaming, past performance, and price.
Coordinate cross-functional capture teams across lines of business and functions.
Lead milestone, gate, risk reviews, and executive capture briefings per governance.
