Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Preferred 5 years of program or project leadership experience.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic campaigns and develop win strategies for DoD/IC opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end capture management across the lifecycle.
• Manage cross-functional teams for competitive, compliant proposals.
• Own and grow DoD and IC revenue with senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities through traditional and non-traditional contracting methods (BAAs, OTAs, SBIRs).
• Position SAIC technologies as mission-critical solutions for military and intelligence programs.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, programs, and leadership on proposals and engagements.
• Scale government-focused business development functions to drive revenue and growth.
