Preferred 5 years of program or project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic campaigns and develop win strategies for DoD/IC opportunities.
Drive end-to-end capture management across the lifecycle.
Manage cross-functional teams for competitive, compliant proposals.
Own and grow DoD and IC revenue with senior stakeholders.
Identify opportunities through traditional and non-traditional contracting methods (BAAs, OTAs, SBIRs).
Position SAIC technologies as mission-critical solutions for military and intelligence programs.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, programs, and leadership on proposals and engagements.
Scale government-focused business development functions to drive revenue and growth.
