Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years in talent acquisition with 6+ years at director level or above.
• Global leadership across multi-country teams with offshore experience.

Responsibilities

• Define global talent acquisition vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead and develop talent acquisition leaders across onshore and offshore teams.
• Own the global TA budget, vendor partnerships, and recruiting technology roadmap.
• Champion AI adoption while ensuring governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Establish standardized selection practices and data-driven performance management.
