You will oversee a recruiting team, partner with senior leaders, and drive efficiency, branding, and scalable practices across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 12–15 years in talent acquisition with strategy and leadership.
• Experience leading India-based recruitment and offshore models.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS (5+ years).
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in employer branding and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and delivery across India.
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast staffing and set priorities.
• Develop scalable recruitment strategies for India and international markets.
• Mentor and develop India-based recruiting team.
• Coordinate with North America, Europe, and other regions.
• Oversee capacity planning, workload distribution, and resources.
• Monitor KPIs and provide analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Drive recruitment transformation and process automation.
• Champion employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and consistent practices.
