Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Head of Global Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, Research and Growth. This role drives scalable hiring, workforce forecasting, and executive alignment, while leveraging AI and data to improve outcomes.

You will build and mentor a worldwide recruiting team, standardize processes, and partner with senior leaders to meet ambitious growth objectives in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive global talent leadership experience in hypergrowth organizations.
• Proven success delivering hundreds to thousands of hires annually across regions/time zones.
• Strong track record partnering with senior engineering, product, design, research and growth leaders.
• Expertise in talent mapping, sourcing, assessments, and offer closing at scale.
• Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
• Ability to manage distributed teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Interest in AI tools to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop global hiring strategies translating business objectives into actionable plans.
• Own workforce planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Lead and develop a cohesive global recruiting organization across functions.
• Standardize recruiting practices with rigorous assessment processes.
• Define and maintain hiring standards and success profiles for roles.
• Strengthen technical talent acquisition across engineering, research, product, design, growth.
• Build executive partnerships to guide hiring decisions and align with priorities.
• Improve hiring performance with regular reviews and risk assessment.
• Apply data-driven decision making using funnel metrics and market intelligence.
