Job summary

Partner Company is a remote leadership role responsible for defining global talent acquisition strategy and governing a distributed workforce. You will drive enterprise-wide workforce planning and multi-year recruiting roadmaps across US and offshore teams.

You will lead US and Philippines recruiting teams, manage vendors and RPO relationships, and oversee recruiting technology to ensure scalable operations and compliance with U.S. EEO/OFCCP standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of talent acquisition experience with 6+ years at director level.
• Experience leading offshore recruiting teams and managing RPO/vendors.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. EEO/OFCCP and recruiting technology.
• Remote work flexibility and leadership development.
