Axon is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to shape our global people strategy and support leaders across a rapidly expanding organization. This onsite-hybrid role partners with Directors in People Operations to drive programs and employee relations excellence.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to build trust, analyze talent gaps, and translate data into actionable insights that boost motivation and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
• 8+ years HR experience with 5+ years in HRBP or strategic role.
• Experience in high-growth, global organizations.
• Strong PM and execution skills; autonomous and independent.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility as SME and HR leader across supported orgs.
• Identify and analyze gaps across the talent lifecycle with root-cause analysis.
• Use data to assess organizational health and inform leaders on talent strategies.
• Coach leaders from frontline to executives to lead distributed teams.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting.
• Drive new People Operations programs and processes in alignment with talent strategy.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale global processes.
• Execute performance management, investigations and employee relations.
• Build strong relationships and escalation channels with employees.
