Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across a fast-growing, global organization in a hybrid onsite role. The candidate will drive talent strategies, analyze data, and execute people programs in support of Axon's mission to Protect Life.

The role reports to the Director, People Operations and requires strong coaching, stakeholder management, and global HR experience in matrixed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 8+ years of human resources experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an HRBP or equivalent strategic HR role.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations operating on a global scale.
• Strong project management and execution skills; ability to work autonomously and think independently.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted HR leader within the organizations you support, developing a reputation for operational excellence and creative problem-solving.
• Identify and analyze gaps across the talent lifecycle through root-cause analysis, design and execute high-quality solutions to close them.
• Use data to inspect and assess the health of your organization; translate insights into action for leaders.
