Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Manager to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team.

You will develop comprehensive plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and success metrics to drive go-to-market and regional programs, working across Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support. The role emphasizes project governance, risk management, and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to drive cross-team programs and manage complex multi-stakeholder planning.
• Strong verbal and written communications across geographically dispersed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs with alignment to sales and success digital enablement, RTR, and regional functions.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Prepare detailed program status reports for executive leadership.
