Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification or equivalent experience in client service.
• At least 4 years of business immigration experience (paralegal).
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes and client handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive, client-facing work and case-related duties in employment-based immigration.
• Prepare, file petitions, gather documents, review cases, and draft submissions.
• Manage case status using case management and billing systems; meet SLAs.
