Fragomen seeks a Senior Business Immigration Consultant in San Diego to provide strategic immigration support to a diverse client base. You will lead complex filings, guide case strategy, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, client‑facing environment.

The role offers training, career growth, and a hybrid work model with strong collaboration across practice groups. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; paralegal certification accepted.
• At least 5 years of business immigration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with client-facing roles.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive client-facing work in employment-based immigration matters.
• Prepare and file petitions with government agencies.
• Oversee case status using case management and billing systems.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in employment-based immigration.
• Advise clients on case strategy and process improvements.
• Communicate case progress clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Meet SLAs and escalate as needed.
• Assist in hiring and training of new team members.
• Identify policy changes and update processes.
• Be proficient with reporting tools and data management.
