Fragomen is seeking a Business Immigration Consultant in Chicago to join our client-focused team and advance complex employment-based immigration cases. You will handle case preparation, filings, and client intake with guidance from senior staff, leveraging technology and process improvements.

You will contribute to team performance by documenting case strategy, meeting SLAs, and assisting with training new colleagues, while staying aware of policy updates.

Qualifications

• Requires degrees or paralegal certification plus immigration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of procedural requirements for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.

Responsabilités

• Perform client-facing work and case preparation for employment-based immigration matters.
• Oversee case status using case management and billing systems; run reports as needed.
• Assist with intake, case strategy, and process improvements.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and foreign nationals; meet SLAs.
