Fragomen is seeking a Business Immigration Consultant in Chicago. You will perform substantive client-facing work, including case preparation, drafting filings, and strategic case planning within employment-based immigration matters.

You will monitor case status, liaise with clients, and help train new team members while ensuring SLA adherence and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work in the office with US-based clients.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate plus 4 years of business immigration experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of business immigration experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proofreading and fluent prose.
• Experience using MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies.
• Oversee status of cases using case management and billing systems.
• Work with clients for intake and strategy development.
• Generate clear, well-organized written work product applying immigration knowledge.
• Meet SLAs and communicate case progress and escalations.
