Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate plus 4 years of business immigration experience
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of business immigration experience
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform client-facing work with filing and case preparation in employment-based immigration
• Independently gather documents, review files, draft filings and analyze cases
• Monitor case status using case management and billing systems
• Assist with intake, case strategy, and process improvements with clients
• Produce clear written work applying immigration rules and policy
• Communicate case status and inquiries to clients promptly
• Meet SLAs and escalate progress to supervisors as needed
• Assist in hiring/training new team members and improve productivity
• Adapt to policy changes and update processes accordingly
• Utilize reporting tools to manage data and workflows
