Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or client service-oriented role
• 5+ years of business immigration experience (paralegal)
• Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive client-facing work in employment-based immigration matters
• Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including document gathering and review
• Oversee case status using case management and billing systems
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in employment-based immigration for the team
• Communicate case status and inquiries clearly to clients and foreign nationals
• Support hiring and training of new team members and improve productivity
