Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead dedicated to sponsor projects across regions (UK, Poland, Spain or US). The role independently handles RFPs and paid feasibility, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and drives data-driven site selection and metrics.

You will translate complex clinical data into actionable feasibility analyses, mentor team members, and help build feasibility systems. Travel flexibility required; excellent English communication essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
• Prepare pre-award site feasibility presentations and reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
