Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Global/ National Accounts Manager in Massachusetts. You will serve as the single point of contact for large, multi-location customers, developing strategic relationships with top management and delivering customized supply chain solutions.

In this role you will lead strategic account planning, manage RFQs and contract negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet aggressive sales targets. Travel up to 30% is required, with a hybrid office schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related sales experience in strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to build influential customer relationships.
• Experience with aerospace and defense customers preferred.
• Experience working with distribution in complex major accounts.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic large accounts with a structured sales plan.
• Lead account planning to set objectives, targets and milestones.
• Sell value-added, long-term solutions across Arrow supply chain.
• Coordinate sales support and management resources to meet objectives.
• Engage in RFQ planning, negotiations, and contract reviews.
• Develop senior-level relationships across customers and suppliers.
