Arrow is seeking a Key Account Executive I (IC) to manage large, multi-location accounts as the single point of contact, developing strategic relationships and driving value-based selling to achieve quotas.

You will lead strategic account plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and negotiate significant contracts, while traveling up to 30% and operating in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Building influential customer relationships.
• Creating selling opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Experience with Aerospace and Defense customers preferred.
• Experience with distribution in complex major accounts.
• Hunter mentality and strong data skills.

Responsabilités

• Account management: develops strategic plans for large, multi-location Arrow customers.
• Quotations and contract negotiations: manages RFQs and significant contracts.
• Builds strategic relationships with senior management and executives.
• Coordinates with sales support, service, and management resources to meet objectives.
• Travel up to 30%.
