Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Supply Chain Services Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise supply chain solutions for large OEMs with complex EMS networks. You will use consultative selling to uncover pain points and craft bespoke, value‑driven offerings.

Travel domestically within the territory is expected; international travel may be required on exceptional basis. You will coordinate with Sales, BPE and other Arrow units to win share, optimize EBIT and RoWC, and maintain ongoing solution

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years related experience with a 4-year bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent.
Recognized as an expert in your area within the organization.
Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
Ability to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices.
Capacity to solve complex problems and consider broad perspectives.
Works independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations.
Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.
Serves as an expert within your function, leads functional teams or projects, and provides best‑practice resources.

Responsibilities

Build a detailed knowledge of Arrow’s supply chain solutions portfolio and relevant case studies.
Use consultative questioning techniques to isolate customer pain points and create compelling bespoke solutions.
Develop a deep understanding and comfort in the use of quantitative and qualitative approaches to support benefits statements.
Demonstrate success by increasing Arrow’s share of the customer’s wallet.
Provide subject‑matter expertise on segregated supply chains for large OEMs, especially those with complex EMS networks, and on EL1PSE & AGSCS propositions.
Collaborate with sales teams, using whitespace analysis and other tools to spotlight high‑potential customers.
Build strategies to connect with customer influencers and decision‑makers with the objective of achieving a 50%+ share of their component spend.
Understand Arrow’s financial objectives (EBIT and RoWC) and ensure solution designs meet thresholds within an acceptable period.
Maintain implemented supply chain solutions and hand them off to Sales and Business Process Excellence teams.
Manage Arrow’s fee‑for‑service portfolio, including in‑house semiconductor programming services, long‑term inventory solutions (nitrogen storage, component leasing), third‑party value‑added services and strategic buffer stock & inventory programs.
Act as a subject‑matter expert across all enterprise solutions that Arrow can offer, managing the funnel of opportunities and serving as the single pivot point for customers while coordinating with specialist resources.
Engage in regular consultative selling at Director, Vice‑President and C‑Suite levels.
Travel domestically within the territory regularly; international travel may be required on an exceptional basis.
