Qualifications

• 1+ years in enterprise sales or related consulting.
• Experience creating partnerships and trusted advisory relationships.
• Understanding account planning and opportunity strategy.
• Knowledge of AEC and new technology trends; translate to solutions.
• Able to negotiate and present across all levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% domestically or internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or related field.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting; authorized to work in the U.S.
• Understanding of GIS, Esri tech, and AEC relationships.
• Experience managing the sales lifecycle.
• Knowledge of data science or spatial analysis for problem solving.
• Knowledge of fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles.
• Master’s degree in GIS, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers; identify stakeholders and business drivers; translate needs into solutions.
• Articulate the value of Esri technology to the AEC industry and pursue professional development.
• Deliver results by executing account management and sales processes and supporting visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with Esri teams to define and execute account strategies; take initiative to resolve issues.
