Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, food, or eCommerce.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments such as high-growth startups or multi-unit retail.
• Proven leadership and progression in prior roles.
• Demonstrated full P&L ownership, KPI management, and cost control.
• Proactive problem solver thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Comfortable managing a hybrid workforce of employees and contracted partners.
• Strong cross-functional fluency with finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving needs.
• Ensure adherence to labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and shelf-life adherence.
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
• Monitor customer feedback and operational trends to drive improvements.
