Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform, seeks a General Manager for a shared kitchen location. You will lead a multifunctional team across brand channels, own local P&L, and drive performance.

You’ll balance staff decisions, vendor relations, and compliance to deliver high-quality service. Your role includes forecasting demand, optimizing labor, and managing both employees and contracted staff to meet KPIs while upholding Wonder’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven leadership and progression in multi-brand environments.
• Experience managing P&L and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Lead a blended on-site team of employees and contract partners; ensure brand alignment.
• Drive labor efficiency, food costs, and margin through KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Grow the business by developing talent pipelines and trainers for new store openings.
• Represent Wonder and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and brand operators.
