Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-brand shared kitchen in Frisco, TX, overseeing day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment while owning the local P&L and guiding a hybrid team of employees and contracted staff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high-volume, complex operations (logistics, hospitality, or ecommerce), strong cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of delivering KPI-driven results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, field-based retail, hospitality, food, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and KPI management.
• Experience leading hybrid on-site and contracted teams across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Drive labor optimization, inventory control, and safety/compliance.
• Own the location P&L and push cost efficiency and revenue growth.
• Represent Wonder with brand partners and local stakeholders.
