Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager for a multi-brand shared kitchen in Addison, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment, and own the local P&L while driving labor, food costs, and margins.

You will manage a hybrid workforce of employees and contracted partners, coach managers-in-training, mentor teams, and represent Wonder in the local partner ecosystem to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Experience managing hybrid workforces with employees and contracted partners.
• Proven track record of driving KPIs, cost control, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and shelf life adherence.
• Own and drive the location's P&L and optimize margins.
