You will source top talent through networking, referrals, events, and online platforms, partner with HR leadership to refine roles and offers, and drive KPIs while strengthening our employer brand across platforms and HR systems like Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 4–6 years of talent acquisition or HR experience required.
• 1–3 years full-cycle recruitment experience required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final selection for assigned roles.
• Partner with business units and HR leadership to refine hiring strategies, tailoring roles and offers.
• Drive success by meeting or surpassing monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Elevate employer brand using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
• Craft and execute proactive sourcing campaigns and direct outreach to candidates.
• Leverage HR tech platforms like Workday and Phenom CRM in daily tasks.
