AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for specialized sales roles. You will engage passive candidates, consult sales leaders on market insights, and shape proactive sourcing strategies to meet immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements, manage interview coordination, and guide offers with competitive salary analyses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing strategies, and competitive intelligence.
• Proven ability to source, assess, and close candidates across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies and expectations.
• Use recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Advise sales leaders on market trends, compensation insights, and sourcing recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create a candidate experience.
• Lead offers with salary analysis and competitive proposals.
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-performing sales talent.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records for compliance and reporting.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements.
