Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and levels. You will source, screen, and ultimately select top candidates while maintaining a strong partnership with hiring managers and HR leaders.

Responsibilities include refining hiring strategies, negotiating offers, and meeting monthly KPIs with transparent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years talent acquisition or related HR experience.
• 1–3 years in full-cycle recruitment, agency or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final selection.
• Partner with business units and HR leadership to refine hiring strategies and negotiate offers.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets and KPIs with clear, timely communication.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume to strengthen sourcing and employer brand.
• Craft targeted SMS and email outreach to engage potential candidates.
• Utilize HR tech platforms like Workday and Phenom CRM daily.
