Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment process for insurance sales roles and partner with hiring managers to secure top talent.

In this role, you will drive sourcing through modern channels, manage candidate communication, and uphold service excellence. You will also leverage HR tech like Workday and Phenom CRM while aligning with KPIs and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years Talent acquisition or related HR or business experience.
• 1-3 years experience in full-cycle recruitment, agency or in-house.
• Communication skills and stakeholder relationship expertise.
• Candidate assessment and interviewing proficiency.
• Service-oriented with a proactive approach to candidate and team needs.
• Organizational and analytical abilities; attention to detail.
• Reliable, deadline-driven and personable demeanor.
• HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
• Partner with business units and HR leadership to refine hiring strategies.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets and KPIs with timely updates.
• Enhance employer brand using LinkedIn and Indeed and other channels.
• Craft targeted SMS and email outreach campaigns for candidates.
• Leverage Workday and Phenom CRM for daily recruiting tasks.
