You will source top talent using diverse methods, partner with business units, and drive offers and onboarding with precision.

The role emphasizes aggressive sourcing, KPI-driven performance, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Workday, and Phenom CRM to enhance our employer brand online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years Talent acquisition or related HR/business experience.
• 1–3 years experience in full-cycle recruitment, agency or in-house.
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional candidate assessment and interviewing techniques.
• Commitment to service excellence and reliable performance.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and resourcefulness.
• HR certification (PHR/HRCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to final selection for assigned roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine strategies and negotiate offers.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Workday, and Phenom CRM.
• Craft SMS and email outreach to attract top talent.
• Utilize HR tech and MS Office for efficient communication and operations.
