Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant-Sales to own full-cycle recruiting for specialized professional and sales roles. You will identify, convert, and close passive talent while partnering closely with sales leadership on workforce needs and market insights.

In this hybrid role, you will use recruiting metrics and pipeline activity to refine search strategy and improve the candidate experience, reporting to HR and business stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across sales roles.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Experience using Workday, Indeed Sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Serve as a consultative talent advisor to sales leaders by sharing market trends and compensation insights.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on search strategy.
• Lead the offer process with a sales-focused approach, negotiate effectively, and close top talent.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to identify improvements and adjust strategies.
• Build and nurture high-performing sales talent pipelines through proactive outreach.
• Maintain collaborative partnerships with HR and business stakeholders to keep searches moving forward.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and pipeline activity for compliance and reporting.
• Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives and stay connected to the market.
