You will source top talent via networking, referrals, events, and digital channels while refining hiring strategies and compensation approaches.

The role emphasizes strong candidate assessment, reliable performance against KPIs, and leveraging HR technologies to enhance the recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of talent acquisition or related HR/business experience.
• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or in-house settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities.
• Service-oriented mindset with proactive approach to supporting candidates and teams.
• Solid organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Reliable with ability to meet deadlines.
• Personable, resourceful and professional demeanor.
• High emotional intelligence for stakeholder engagement.
• HR Certification Institute certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final selection.
• Collaborate with business units and HR leadership to refine hiring strategies.
• Drive monthly recruitment targets and track KPIs.
• Enhance employer brand using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
• Develop strategic sourcing through networks, referrals, events and outreach.
• Leverage HR Tech like Workday and Phenom CRM in daily tasks.
