Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Service Center and Shop locations.

You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, using iCIMS to manage the pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers across the network. You will analyze current recruiting processes, develop strategies, and build strong relationships with colleges, career centers, and external partners to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified Mechanics is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies and source candidates for openings.
• Participate in onsite interviews and extend offers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and build relationships with local career centers and colleges.
• Create and monitor recruitment analytics and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and qualifications.
