Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop locations. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, while analyzing and improving recruitment processes.

The role involves building pipelines through colleges, career centers, and social media, and coordinating interviews with managers. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business and at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified Mechanics preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to build trust and collaborative relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making independent decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of interviewing techniques and screening methods.
• Self-starter; able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles including developing recruitment strategies and screening candidates.
• Participate in onsite interviews and extend/ negotiate offers.
• Analyze current recruiting processes and recommend improvements.
• Manage iCIMS recruiting workflow for Service Center and Shop requisitions.
• Develop candidate pipelines via colleges, career centers, social media, and job boards.
• Coordinate interviews, cadenced meetings with Managers, and progress reporting.
• Support recruitment for Interns and Trainees; post and recruit as needed.
• Document processes and communicate with internal and external customers.
