Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a strategic recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process for salaried roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to define candidate profiles, timelines, and influence decisions.

Sourcing will span social platforms, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, with in-depth screenings to assess skills and culture fit. You’ll ensure compliance with laws and internal policies while leveraging ATS data to optimize hiring metrics and candidate

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers, HR, and collaborate on hiring decisions.
• Active sourcing across multiple platforms to identify passive talent.
• Comfort navigating modern applicant tracking systems and using recruiting data.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for salaried roles from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to define profiles and timelines.
• Source talent via social platforms, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
