Job summary

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintain ATS data, and lead or support strategic TA initiatives that improve hiring speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or closely related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to partner with managers, HR and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with leaders to shape candidate profiles, timelines and decisions.
• Source candidates via social platforms, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews assessing skills, drive and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies (EEO).
• Maintain ATS data, metrics, and real-time pipeline updates to optimize process.
• Lead or support strategic TA initiatives to streamline hiring and candidate engagement.
