Job summary

The Siegel Group seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our nationwide multi-entity organization, spanning property and hospitality operations to corporate roles. This role partners with hiring managers, builds strong pipelines, and delivers high-quality candidates.

You will own requisitions from intake to offer, develop proactive sourcing plans, and leverage Paycom ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels. A collaborative, persistent approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience handling high-volume and professional-level searches.
• Ability to build credibility with leaders and influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake to offer and onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (Paycom ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals).
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role, compensation, timeline, and success metrics.
• Advise leaders on market conditions, interview strategy, and realistic timelines; escalate barriers early.
• Maintain accurate records of postings, stages, dispositions, and pipeline health in the ATS.
• Provide regular recruiting metrics and updates to leadership; ensure compliance with policies.
