Options Staffing 360 LLC in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle. You will post jobs, source candidates, interview, and onboard in a hybrid work setting, collaborating with HR and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent solutions.

The role covers technical and executive recruiting, campus outreach, and employer branding through social media. Build relationships and negotiate to place top talent while staying compliant.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Healthcare staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use ATS systems to manage and track candidates.
• Perform technical recruiting for specialized and executive-level roles.
• Support campus recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel staff and hiring managers.
• Apply negotiation strategies while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Use social media management to strengthen employer branding and candidate outreach.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to reach passive candidates.
• Collaborate with HR on succession planning, training and development, and employee relations.
• Research industry trends to refine recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
