Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our HR team to optimize all aspects of the recruitment process. The recruiter will deliver recruitment support to all branches, develop sourcing plans, advertise jobs, screen and interview applicants, and build a strong candidate pool across locations.

The role includes managing recruitment reporting, applicant flow, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, while aligning with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Marketing.
• 3-7 years of Sales/Marketing experience with headhunting emphasis.
• 3-7 years Recruiter experience and knowledge of recruiting principles.
• 3-7 years of experience in ATS management.
• 3-7 years experience in candidate sourcing solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant social media platforms.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional experience in a fast-paced, mid to large sized company with multitasking.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal laws.
• Confidentiality, planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify recruiting needs and develop effective plans with leadership.
• Source applicants via ads, recruiters, job sites, career fairs and online platforms.
• Network with schools and universities to attract applicants for all locations.
• Work with external headhunters and staffing agencies for open roles.
• Maintain relationships with networks like LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter.
• Coordinate with marketing to create and distribute brand materials for recruitment.
• Travel to local and non-local job fairs to recruit talent.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state recruitment regulations.
