Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Experience with full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, termination.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
• Responsible for overall performance of Inbound or Outbound operations, including safety, quality and customer experience.
• Sets clear requirements for Operations and Area Managers, measures performance, and accountability.
• Leverages Operations and Area Managers by sourcing ideas and turning them into improvement plans.
• Coordinates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and others to secure support for projects.
