Job summary

Cooler Master USA seeks a Front-End Account Manager for CSPs to lead early engagement, design-in phases, and strategic roadmap alignment with key data center customers. You will architect opportunities from concept to mass production, coordinating with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities include expanding accounts, negotiating contracts, and delivering technical guidance on ODM thermal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred due to frequent communication with Asia-based facilities.
• Strong understanding of ODM thermal solutions, including cooling and thermal management technologies.
• Proven ability to manage and service data center customers and relationships.
• Expertise in account management, including identifying growth opportunities and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain connections with data center clients and serve as main point of contact.
• Account Expansion: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Technical Delivery: Translate ODM thermal solutions into customer value and coordinate with engineering.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Produce KPIs, revenue projections, and sales pipeline updates.
