Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management or business development in IT infrastructure, data center, or electronics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel to Asia.
• Ability to discuss technical specifications and cost breakdown with engineering teams.
• Strong executive communication; ability to summarize updates clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; MBA or certification is a plus.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic CSP relationships and alignment with engineering and quality teams.
• Identify new opportunities; drive concepts to mass production for CSPs.
• Collaborate on NDAs, SOWs, and commercial terms with HQ.
• Coordinate between customer and internal teams to capture requirements.
• Develop capacity planning and demand forecasts with supply chain.
