Job summary

Cooler Master is seeking an Account Manager in Austin, TX to manage strategic relationships with major tech customers and coordinate cross-functional programs across sales, engineering, and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in account/program management within ODM/CSP environments, strong English communication, and willingness to travel 2–3 months per year. You will partner with AWS, Meta, Google, Apple and drive program execution across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in account management, program management, or related roles.
• Experience with ODM, CSP, enterprise hardware, cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex customer programs end-to-end.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 2–3 months per year.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with strategic enterprise, cloud, and technology customers.
• Serve as the primary commercial and operational interface between customers and Cooler Master's teams.
• Lead complex customer programs from engagement through production and delivery.
• Coordinate with APAC teams and travel to APAC sites as needed.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans and deliverables.
